 Three Against One Minimize

"One of the reasons [why] I am leaving Nanotran/Tychon is because they have willfully done things behind my back in an attempt to deny me control of my property and to dilute my professional recognition." [Peter Rony to attorney, March 24, 1979].

So, what did I do about this situation?  I hired an excellent, Roanoke VA law firm -- Rocovich, Dechow, Parvin & Wilson P.C. -- to even the odds.

Go to the Tidbits section, "Downloadable PDF files" and click on the "Stockholders' Meeting January 2, 1980 PDF" file.   Wait approximately one minute, and the transcript of the meeting will appear as a readable PDF file.  Observe that my two attorneys -- John G. Rocovich, Esq. and Cordell M. Parvin, Esq. did most of the talking for my side.   The "mastermind group" of Larsen, J. Titus, and C. Titus had a difficult time trying to defend the validity of their finanancial offer to buy the assets of Nanotran, Inc.

Having read this transcript, you should better understand why I needed assistance from a law firm in my three-against-one situation at Nanotran and Tychon.  Also, you should better understand why I needed to withdraw from both companies, and to have a Roanoke law firm negotiate the terms.
